Latin Soul Party is a lineup of 7 award-winning, internationally recognized instrumentalists that will entertain you with funky grooves and a hot horn section!

Latin Soul music was created in the mid-1960s by Puerto Rican musicians born and raised in New York City. Also known as Latin Boogaloo, this “Nuyorican” music is a common ground that blends African American R&B, Jazz and Afro-Cuban rhythms for an intoxicating, joyful sound. It was a short-lived pivotal genre that bridged the Mambo of the 1950s and the Salsa revolution of the 1970s. Latin Soul is, in the words of Bobby Sanabria, “Music with a freakin’ Nuyorican Attitude!”

Noah Bless, trombonist, lead artist and producer of Latin Soul Party, brings his creative energy and an authoritative sound to his live performances and recordings with numerous renowned Latin and Jazz artists and groups. Among those with whom Noah has appeared, recorded and toured are such music stars as Mario Bauza, Willie Colón, Eddie Palmieri, La India, Marc Anthony, Tito Puente, Lincoln Center’s Afro-Latin Jazz Orchestra, among many others.

Allaboutjazz.com has praised Noah’s trombone playing for its “extreme agility” and “great facility” and 8X Grammy Winner Arturo O’ Farrill adds, "Noah Bless is New York Strong. I’ve seen him on the finest bandstands representing this great city, in a manner that honors that NYC tradition of purposefulness.”

Noah’s album, “New York Strong-Latin Jazz”, was a 2021 Downbeat Editor’s Pick.
